Who we are

YUHINA is operated by Magpie Technologies Company (commercial registration 7054837211, VAT registration 314915651900003; Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia) (“we”). Contact for anything on this page: support-yuhina@magpie.sa.

The service

YUHINA uses AI to turn a chapter PDF or a short brief into study material you can study in the app. By using it you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy; if you use it for an organisation, you confirm you may accept them for it.

Who may use YUHINA

• You must be 18 or older. YUHINA is not directed at children; if we learn an account belongs to someone under 18, we delete it.
• YUHINA is not available where sanctions or export controls that apply to us or our providers prohibit it.

Your account

Keep your sign-in secure and do not share it; you are responsible for your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put the service or other users at risk.

Your content

• You own it. You keep all rights in your uploads and outputs, including for commercial use. You give us only the licence needed to store, process and send your content to our service providers to run the service for you.
• You confirm you have the rights to upload your material. We do not use your content to train AI models.
• Copyright complaints: support-yuhina@magpie.sa. We remove infringing material and close repeat infringers’ accounts.

AI output

Outputs are AI-generated and can be wrong. Check them before relying on them; they are not professional advice. See the AI disclosure.

Acceptable use

Do not use YUHINA to:

• create or share unlawful content, content that sexualises minors, incites violence, or harasses or defames anyone;
• impersonate a real person or organisation, or imitate a real person's voice or likeness without permission;
• pass generated work off as your own where that is prohibited (for example, in academic work);
• upload malware, try to reach other users' data, attack or scrape the service, or get around its limits;
• resell access, or build a competing product with it.

Synthetic voices

Some of our voice models are licensed under the BigScience Open RAIL-M licence, which requires us to pass its use restrictions on to you. They are part of these terms and apply to all audio YUHINA generates. You may not use the voice models, or any audio or other output generated with them:

• in any way that violates any applicable national, federal, state, local or international law or regulation;
• for the purpose of exploiting, harming or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way;
• to generate or disseminate verifiably false information and/or content with the purpose of harming others;
• to generate or disseminate personal identifiable information that can be used to harm an individual;
• to generate or disseminate information or content, and place it in any context, without expressly and intelligibly disclaiming that it is machine-generated;
• to defame, disparage or otherwise harass others;
• to impersonate or attempt to impersonate others (for example, deepfakes) without their consent;
• for fully automated decision making that adversely impacts an individual's legal rights or otherwise creates or modifies a binding, enforceable obligation;
• for any use intended to or which has the effect of discriminating against or harming individuals or groups based on online or offline social behavior or known or predicted personal or personality characteristics;
• to exploit any of the vulnerabilities of a specific group of persons based on their age, social, physical or mental characteristics, in order to materially distort the behavior of a person pertaining to that group in a manner that causes or is likely to cause that person or another person physical or psychological harm;
• for any use intended to or which has the effect of discriminating against individuals or groups based on legally protected characteristics or categories;
• to provide medical advice and medical results interpretation;
• to generate or disseminate information for the purpose to be used for administration of justice, law enforcement, immigration or asylum processes, such as predicting an individual will commit fraud or crime (for example, by text profiling, drawing causal relationships between assertions made in documents, or indiscriminate and arbitrarily-targeted use).

If you publish generated audio, say that it is machine-generated.

Credits, prices and payment

• Credits are a usage allowance with no cash value and cannot be transferred. Credits for a generation that failed through our fault are returned.
• Prices are shown before you buy. Checkout, invoicing and sales tax are handled by our merchant of record, and the amount shown at checkout is the amount charged.
• A subscription renews each period until you cancel it in Settings → Billing & Usage → Manage subscription; it then runs to the end of the period you paid for. Refunds follow the Refunds policy.

No warranty

YUHINA is provided “as is” and “as available”, with no promise that it is always available, error-free or that a generation will succeed. Keep copies of anything important.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or your mandatory consumer rights.

Ending

You can stop at any time; the workspace owner can delete the workspace in Settings → Security (restorable for 30 days, then erased). We may close accounts for serious or repeated breaches or where the law requires, and may change or discontinue the service with reasonable notice.

Changes

The date at the top is the current version. We will tell you in the app or by email before a material change takes effect.

General

If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a right straight away does not waive it. These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about YUHINA.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the competent courts of Riyadh decide any dispute about them. If you use YUHINA as a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may also bring a claim in its courts.
