Terms of Service
The rules for using YUHINA while it is in pre-release alpha.
Last updated: 5 September 2026
Status: pre-release alpha. YUHINA is not generally available. The interface and the generated outputs are in English and Arabic. New accounts receive a small grant of trial credits; there are no paid plans, no subscriptions and no credit packs on sale yet. Features may change or be withdrawn, and generation may fail or be interrupted.
Who operates YUHINA
YUHINA (“YUHINA”, “the service”, “we”) is operated by YUHINA. Full operator details — the registered legal entity, its address, its registration numbers and the governing law of these documents — will be published on this page before any paid plan is offered. Until then, the service is provided as a pre-release alpha and no purchase is possible.

Your agreement with us
By creating an account or using YUHINA you agree to these terms, to the Privacy Notice and to the AI disclosure. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you are using YUHINA on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for it.
Who may use YUHINA, and where
- 18+ only. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. YUHINA is not directed at children and we do not knowingly create accounts for anyone under 18. If you believe an under-18 account exists, tell us and we will suspend and delete it.
- Country availability. YUHINA is not available to residents of, or to anyone accessing it from, countries or territories subject to comprehensive sanctions or export controls that apply to us or to our providers. Mainland China is not an available country at launch. The definitive country list is published before any paid plan is offered.
- Language support today. English and Arabic, including English↔Arabic bilingual output. Other languages are in development and are not offered.
What the service does
You give YUHINA source material — a chapter, slides, notes, a recording or text you write — and YUHINA generates teaching content from it: narrated video, short video, slide decks, quizzes, summaries, podcasts, mind maps and flashcards. Everything is generated from your material; nothing is drawn from a library of pre-made courses.
Your account
- You are responsible for everything done through your account, and for keeping access to your email address secure.
- One person, one account. Do not share sign-in access.
- We may suspend an account that is being used to break these terms, to attack the service, or in a way that puts other customers' data at risk.
Your material, and who owns what
- You keep your material. Uploading a document to YUHINA gives us no ownership of it. You grant us only the licence we need to host it, process it, and generate the outputs you asked for — including sending the necessary parts of it to the processing providers listed on the Subprocessors page.
- You keep the outputs. As between you and us, the generated video, deck, quiz, summary, podcast, mind map and flashcards are yours to use, including commercially. Read the AI disclosure for what that does and does not guarantee.
- We do not train models on your material.Your uploads and outputs are used to run your generations and to operate the service, not to train our own or a provider’s models.
Copyright warranty and takedown
You warrant that you own the material you upload, or that you otherwise have the rights and permissions needed for it to be processed and turned into the outputs you request. This is not a formality: most of what people upload here is teaching material written by someone.
If you believe material on YUHINA infringes your rights, write to support-yuhina@magpie.sa with enough detail to identify the material, your rights in it, and how to reach you. We will investigate, remove or disable access to infringing material, and terminate the accounts of repeat infringers. If your material was removed and you believe that was wrong, reply to the same address and we will review it.
Acceptable use
You may not use YUHINA to:
- upload or generate material that is unlawful, that sexualises minors, that incites violence, or that harasses or defames a person;
- impersonate a real person or organisation, or generate a synthetic voice or likeness of a real person without their permission;
- produce content designed to deceive people about who or what created it, or to pass generated material off as a human's original work where that is prohibited (for example, in academic submissions where your institution forbids it);
- upload malware, attempt to break tenancy or access another customer's data, probe or attack the service outside the terms of the Security page, or scrape it;
- circumvent credit limits, trial limits, rate limits or country restrictions;
- resell access, or use the service to build a competing generation product.
Credits
- Generation consumes credits. New accounts receive a small, non-renewing trial grant.
- Credits are a usage allowance, not money. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged, and are not property.
- There are no paid plans yet, so nothing can be bought and nothing can be refunded. See Refunds.
- A generation that fails through our fault should not cost you credits. If it does, tell us and we will correct the ledger.
Availability, and no warranty
The service is provided “as is” during alpha. We do not promise that it will be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular generation will succeed. There is no service-level agreement, and none of the availability, latency or recovery targets discussed internally is a commitment to you until it is published as one. Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent the law allows, and because the service is free during alpha, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost goodwill, or lost or corrupted data. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, and for any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
Suspension, termination and deletion
- You may stop at any time. Export your data and delete your account from Settings. Deletion has a 30-day cooling-off period, after which everything is permanently erased — the detail is in the Privacy Notice.
- We may suspend or close an account for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, or where we are required to.
- We may withdraw the alpha, or any part of it, with notice to the address on your account.
Changes to these terms
We will change these terms as the product changes. The date at the top of this page is the date of the current version. For a material change affecting your rights, we will give notice in the app or by email before it takes effect.
Governing law
The governing law and the forum for disputes are to be published with the operator details. We will not name a jurisdiction here before the operating entity is registered, and nothing on this page should be read as a choice of law. Your mandatory consumer rights under the law of your own country of residence are not affected either way.
About this document
These documents are drafted by the YUHINA team and have not yet been reviewed by external counsel. They describe what the product does today. They will be reviewed, and may change materially, before any paid plan is offered.
