The list

A subprocessor is a company that processes your data on our behalf. These are the categories we use. None of them may use your data for its own purposes, and we do not use your content to train AI models. The Privacy Policy explains the transfers outside your country.

Cloud hosting	Runs the app; stores the database and your files. Voices for all languages except Arabic, Chinese and Urdu are made here.	Germany (EU)
AI model providers	Read your pages, write and check the study material, draft courses from a brief, answer course-assistant questions. They get only the content each step needs.	People's Republic of China; Singapore
Speech synthesis provider	Voices Arabic, Chinese and Urdu narration and podcast scripts only. Never receives your files.	United States (and other countries)
Email delivery	Sends account and service emails.	EU / United States
Network and security services	DNS and content delivery; bot check at sign-up and password reset (IP address, browser signals); breached-password check (a hash fragment, never the password).	Global network
Off-site backup storage	Keeps encrypted copies of the database and files for 8 days.	Europe
Payment processor (merchant of record)	Only if you buy: payment, invoice and tax. We never see your card.	United States
