Subprocessors
Every third party that touches customer data, what it is used for, and where it processes.

Status: pre-release alpha. YUHINA is not generally available. The interface and the generated outputs are in English and Arabic. New accounts receive a small grant of trial credits; there are no paid plans, no subscriptions and no credit packs on sale yet. Features may change or be withdrawn, and generation may fail or be interrupted.
Who operates YUHINA
YUHINA (“YUHINA”, “the service”, “we”) is operated by YUHINA. Full operator details — the registered legal entity, its address, its registration numbers and the governing law of these documents — will be published on this page before any paid plan is offered. Until then, the service is provided as a pre-release alpha and no purchase is possible.

The register
A subprocessor is a company we use that processes your data on our behalf. This is the complete list. “Status” says whether it is in use today or planned, because publishing a provider we have not wired up yet would be as misleading as omitting one we have.

Transfers. Because these providers are in different countries, your data crosses borders when it is processed. The transfer mechanism for each provider — standard contractual clauses, a data-processing agreement, or the equivalent under your local law — is being executed as part of the pre-launch compliance work and is not complete for every provider on this list yet. We will not offer a paid plan before it is.
What is NOT on this list
We do not use advertising networks, analytics that identify individuals, data brokers, or any third party that would receive your uploads or outputs for its own purposes. No provider on this list is permitted to use your material to train its models, and we do not use it to train ours — see the AI disclosure.
Changes to this list
We will publish a change here before a new subprocessor starts handling customer data, and once transactional email is live you can ask at support-yuhina@magpie.sa to be notified when the register changes.
About this document
These documents are drafted by the YUHINA team and have not yet been reviewed by external counsel. They describe what the product does today. They will be reviewed, and may change materially, before any paid plan is offered.
